The items are quite nice, but the issue is they’re often unavailable for weeks on end. Plus, I can’t seem to get a clear response on when they’ll be restocked. Given the quality of what they offer, this just doesn’t cut it.

While the company itself seems alright, the real issue lies with their delivery partner, Yodel. They keep messing up parcels, often leaving them in ridiculous spots. It's a bummer that there's no way to select a different shipping service, as this is seriously making me think about ditching my subscription and switching to another provider.

I've been working with them for roughly two years. They’re quick and really responsive, even with Yodel handling deliveries. If you find yourself in a bind, you can actually reach them by phone. A lot of UK businesses can be a hassle, but Incontinence Shop has been top-notch. If more online retailers operated this smoothly, we’d all be a lot more content.

I purchased three of these for my husband, who has Alzheimer's and deals with incontinence. They do a decent job of keeping his pad secure. But here's the kicker: he's quite slim, a medium size, and based on the sizing chart, I went ahead and ordered extra large for the length. They fit okay at first, but after following the washing instructions, it's become a real hassle to get them fastened, making them pretty much useless. Honestly, they really ought to be sized more accurately. Now, I’m stuck having to sew in some extra fabric just to make them usable.

The Incontinence Shop has some Black Friday deals going on. I took a chance on one for Drylife, and when the box showed up, I was surprised. Upon opening the Drylife package, I found 14 Abena M4s inside. Thinking it was a mix-up, I reached out for an exchange, but they told me the Abena M4s are no longer made and that they’re just passing them off as Drylife. They suggested I just deal with it. I've had issues with M4s leaking before, which is why I switched to Drylife in the first place. Time to find a new supplier, folks. Just a heads up, this company doesn’t deliver what they promise.

Top-notch customer support. I ordered 6 packs of tena flex and opted for the small fee for next day delivery to my workplace. It hit me that they might come in a single box, so I called to request they be split into 2 boxes since I have a bad back and lifting them would be tough. Plus, I didn’t want my coworkers to see them if I had to open the box to divide them. They arrived in 2 boxes inside a larger one, all plain cardboard.
